sorry mate, i am unable to post documents but i can give u all the information neede, incidence took place in nov.14, a ticket was issued by parking eye saying that i stayed over the time limit, and a photograph of my car was there, then after few days a reminder was sent, i ignored them because of ill advise on internet that parking eye usually don't bother to take us to court, but now i m scared cos it has gone to county court, they added court costs as well, i m unemployed and claiming JSA, recently i got debt relief order, i wonder if this helps you, thanks

No clue about debt relief orders.

Best you read the prankster guides http://www.parking-prankster.com/court-claim.html

Without knowing much details it's difficult to say more than any arguments such as it's a penalty.
