I parked in a car park whilest delivering to 2 shops and was picked up by automatic number plate recognition camera.as i was working i dident think i would have to pay .a few days later i got a penalty charge for £100 .i sent an email to tell them that i was working but got no reply untill very recently i got another penalty charge for £160 .now i want to know where i stand with this as it is an extortionate amount to have to pay .
