  • Met Parking

    Hi all,
I'm new here and rather stressed AND annoyed.
I received a letter this morning from DRP Legal systems relating to a fine i am supposed to have received from MET parking in July 2014, i have contacted DRP and they inform me i should have received a second letter sent the same time for an additional fine also from MET parking.
What concerns me is i have only ever had two fines from Met and i paid one and appealed the second. (to which having received an appeal number have heard nothing since)
DRP want me to send them proof of the appeal which after almost a yer i felt i needed no longer and have deleted my sent e-mails.
I can prove payment of one of the fines but am stressing at the fact i have received no notification from MET parking regarding these fines.
Please forgive the length ot his message but i am at such a loss.

    regards
    mickey

It's a pity you don't have it but no matter.

Was the registered keeper the driver and is it the registered keeper they are after ?

        Re: Met Parking

        Dear Sirs,

As previously advised, i lodged an appeal via email to your client. I refer you to the code of practice to which they subscribe. Point 22.8.

As they have not responded i consider this matter closed. Emails do not get lost. They bounce. Mine did not bounce and so was received.

Further attempts by yourself or your client to harass me will be reported.

        Yours etc

        M1
