  • Parking Eye has my grandad!

    Apologies for being melodramatic

I was wondering what I could do for him (if anything) regarding the parking charge below.
So far I've sent an appeal to Parking Eye mentioning his poor eyesight and health (diabetic) and it being his first time visiting the place, but it sounds like they always reject these?

Would immensely appreciate any and all assistance

On X vehicle X entered the ALDI car park at X and departed at X.

The signage which is clearly displayed at entrance to and throughout car park states this is private land managed by Parking Eye ltd, and that all customers must enter reg info using terminal inside to qualify for free parking, or the charge displayed will apply, along with other t&c's of car park by which those who park agree to be bound.

By remaining in car park for longer than was permitted in accordance with t&c's set out in the signage, parking charge now payable to Parking eye ltd (creditor).

    .....

blah blah blah PAY US ALREADY OR WE WILL HUNT YOU DOWN

Nothing more to do until they reject it. Keep calm and let us know when you get a popla code.
