  • Civil enforcements ltd - parking charge notice

Received on 6th Oct PARKING CHARGE NOTICE. Issue date: 23/09/2014 Incident date: 07/09/2014.
Did not pay. Were attending a friend's 40th Birthday Picnic Party at the local pub garden. Did ask
the barman if I could park. It was Sunday 6.20 pm. The barman said OK.

Now I have received a Red PARKING CONTRAVENTION Parking Charge Notice Reminder dated 27th October
asking for payment of £100. Failure to pay with in 14 days will result in Debt Recovery Action and/0r court action.

    What shall I do ?

    Hi SHOKOLOKO, welcome to LB!
I've moved your thread to the PPC forum, so you get more advice

Frst things first, you should appeal the parking charge asking for a popla code if they reject your appeal. Then amend THIS to suit :tinysmile_twink_t2:

cannot find appeal by date but Notice says payment within 28 days from issue date which is
23 Sep but did not receive this letter until the 6th Oct.

I am the registered keeper and my partner was the driver ( either of the 2 drivers per insurance)

Will appreciate guidance. I am an OAP , age 70.

Well they'll say you're out pf time to appeal because they are scumbags. However the good news is if you supply the drivers details they get their own bogroll and must be allowed to appeal

Have a read through some of these http://www.legalbeagles.info/forums/...pany-victories or some more recent ones on this part of the forum. If you still need a hand when the driver gets a notice give us a shout.
