Hi enaid,

I'm from Germany, spent my holidays in Northern England, and got a parking charge notice. And the funny part is, failing to pay the charge (can only do money transfers between accounts, got no credit card), I began to look around on the net and found out about the very inventive ways "pernicious predator" companies, short PPC'S, do business. So a legal beagle came to the rescue.
Really amazing website!
