Hi we received a parking charge from the above company. I have ignored all the letters because it states my wife had an invalid permit to park in a local small hospital/ doctors disabled parking space. At the time she had a valid appointment with her disabled friend and her nan and displayed the disabled badge correctly with arrival time set. Now the space she parked in said STAFF DISABLED. No dash between the two words. My questions are is this company thinking that the space is for disabled staff only, if so the words are the wrong way round and am I correct in thinking that a disabled badge holder can park anywhere. Thanks for any replies

Obviously the registered keeper is out of time to appeal. If, however, the driver is a different to the registered keeper then name the driver so that the driver ca appeal and probably go to popla.

Unfortunately, you should not park in spaces reserved for specific users.
A staff disabled bay, is for specific users. There is no legislation that say which way round 'Staff & Disabled' should be displayed.
Common sense and a bit of logic should tell you clearly that the space is for Staff Disabled, or Disabled Staff. It makes no difference.
