  • Parking Eye Appeal / Mystery1's appeal template

    Hi,

I've got two parking Eye charges for parking in an Aldi CP.

I've appealed to parking eye regarding no contract / charge is not a pre estimation of cost and is unreasonable etc.

Appeal refused by PE quoting amongst other things Parking Eye V Barry Beavis and Martin Wardley ie HHJ Moloney's judgement.

Also on the POPLA ,parking on private land appeals form that PE sent me, you only have four options in which to appeal, which one is relevant to Mystery 1's template ?

    Thanks,

    Why waste a stamp ?

As they have had isues in the past with an unknown character limit i always suggest emailing them to ask if the got the whole appeal and suggest a copy and paste of the appeal in the email just for safety. enquiries@popla.org.uk

OK, but what grounds do I base my appeal ie

The vehicle was not improperly parked

The parking charge ticket exceeded the appropriate amount

      The vehicle was stolen

I am not liable for the parking Charge

That's all the options POPLA give me ?!!

      Cheers,

Option 1 as well if it applies.

I live in Scotland so i've never had a need to fill an appeal in personally
