  • Parking charge letters lost in post now court cliam form delivered

Driver overstayed in private car park apparently, only letter received is one of a claim form in the "County Court Business Centre" saying amount claimed/court fee/solicitor's costs. Limited time to respond! So no chance of early repay as stated by your web site or of POPLA.

    1. Return stating you will defend.

    2. Read this link.

    3. Wait for Mystery1 who will sort you out from there.

File an acknowledgement of service which give you 14 extra days and 28 days in total from date of service.

Post up any info you have including letters, signs and particulars of claim. (hide all personal details but not dates)
