Hi There please i need help!
Iv received a parking Charge Notice from ParkingEye. Date of event: 26/3/14 and date of issue is 3/4/14 saying have to pay £100 within 14 days is £60. It notifies under paragraph 9(2)(b) of schedule 4 of the protection freedom act 2012. Do I really have to pay it or just ignore it completely? Can they do any thing like taking me to the court or put CCJ?

Some detail would be nice so that informed help can be given. Suitably redacted image of the PCN for a start.

The result should be that you get a POPLA code after your appeal to parking eye then appeal to POPLA with the right words and it will go away.
