Hi all,
I have had a good look and couldn't find a thread relating to letters from debt collectors on behalf of Parking Eye...?
I had a PPC from parking eye in Sept of last yr outside Wansbeck Hospital in Northumberland (there was, incidentally a blue badge on the car at the time). I have since received and ignored 3 letters from them (the last one, as appears usual, threatening that they MAY take court action...). I have had nothing since November last year but now out of the blue have received a 'demand for payment' from Debt Recovery Plus Ltd. This is for £120.00 (my original PPC was for only £75) and demands I pay by 01/04 or they will recommend court action to the creditor.
Is this simply another time wasting/scare tactic that they take or is it legitimate?
