Just introducing myself

Hi all, just a quick hello....I've come across this site after searching for information on Parking fines and county court claims.
I'm hoping I can get some knowledge and the help of someone with experience on dealing with Parking Eye County Court Claims...as I have just received one after ignoring letters...(as that's what I believed was the usual advised action)...it seems that may be out of date info that I initially followed so now may need a bit more help.
I'd really appreciate any pointers.
