I have appealed which was rejected and all the points raised were ignored. I received an e-mail stating that if I do appeal to POPLA I would no longer be allowed to pay the £60 fine if it gets rejected as it would be increased to £100. Although they have the registration of the car they have failed to state the correct details of the vehicle make. I don't know if I should just pay the money or should I ignore it? Thanks
Appeal to popla. Edit http://www.legalbeagles.info/forums/...-Appeal-Letter or http://www.legalbeagles.info/forums/...-Appeal-Letter to suit.

Hi, thanks for your response. Yes it has the company logo everywhere! I have stated that in the appeal however they are choosing to ignore the points and have said that if I want the PCN cancelled I have to ask the landlord but this is difficult as there were 300 houses!

They said I should have had a notice in the car stating which houses I was visiting however this is unreasonable I cannot sit there and write down the address of 300 households.. but they failed to address this and clearly just want the money.
