    Hi

In December whilst visiting my brother I parked on the Priory Park-Blackheath Cator Estate, whilst there I received a pcn from Gemini Parking Solutions. My husband said to just ignore it as he had read on several websites that this was the best thing to do. I have now received a declaration of owner and I am getting quite worried after reading this board. Should I ignore this letter or pay.

Your help would be very much appreciated.

Is there a website I need to go onto to do this?

The easiest way is to follow the youtube video i posted above. It shows you how to upload to www.tinypic.com and post it here.

                        Re: Gemini Parking Solutions

Perfect. So we need to do a simple appeal to them, which is 99% going to be rejected and then a popla appeal that is 99% to be accepted if you use something along these lines.

                        Dear sirs,

I, as registered keeper, wish to invoke your appeals procedure. The driver did not see any signage. I am under no statutory obligation to name the driver and will not do so. Anyhow the chargse are penal in nature and not a genuine pre estimate of loss.

Should you reject my appeal please supply a popla code.

                        Yours etc

                            Re: Gemini Parking Solutions

Hi I was wondering whether anyone can help. I have received a PCN from Gemini Parking Solutions on my company car which was parked on a private road for me to read the meters of 300 households within that area ( I am a gas and electric meter reader). I have appealed which was rejected and all the points raised were ignored. I received an e-mail stating that if I do appeal to POPLA I would no longer be allowed to pay the £60 fine if it gets rejected as it would be increased to £100. Although they have the registration of the car they have failed to state the correct details of the vehicle make. I don't know if I should just pay the money or should I ignore it? Thanks

Was your vehicle signwritten with the name of the company on the sides, back and/or bonnet? If so, it should be obvious to Gemini Parking Solutions that it was a service vehicle and being used for that purpose.
