Hi folks I'm new on here,same old problem like a lot of folks on here, Right I went to Leicester on the 25th January at 12-30pm parked my car up when I found a spot that was at about 12-40pm. I put £1 in the machine for 1hr, went to see if my friends were their in the pub they were at 13-38pm I put £6 in the I machine for I think 6hrs not sure. Went to match got back about 17-15pm went home. Yesterday got a letter from parking eye saying that I have not purchased the appropriate ticket, I don't know why but I still have the second ticket which shows that I paid £6 at 13-38pm so I was ok till at least 5 or 6 hrs after 13-38pm I have sent them a photo of my ticket as my proof what shall I do know ta
