Hello all,
I'm looking for some advice regarding Vinci/Roxburghe and the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012.
My wife was sent a Notice to Registered Keeper (NRK) 121 days after a Notice to Driver was issued by Vinci.
I've sent them a letter quoting the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012, Schedule 4, Paragraph 8(5), which states that the NRK should have been sent during the period of 28 days following the period of 28 days beginning with the day after that on which the notice to driver was given, thus rendering their NRK invalid.
This has been ignored twice, once by Vinci, and again by Roxburghe, after we've sent letters to both of them.
They've now sent another letter saying they haven't received any appeals or disputes, threatening to pass the matter to their solicitors.
I'm about to reply via registered post saying the same thing - any other suggestions/advice would be appreciated.
Happy Holidays!
