  • £50 parking charge Parking Eye

Hi all, my daughter has received a parking charge from Parking Eye for overstaying parking in Morrisons, Perth - it's to go up to £85 if it's not paid pronto. Help please? I know it's been spoken about on numerous threads but don't know if Scottish situations different . Thanks in advance

Only the driver can forma contract with a parking company (and that's if the parking company is allowed by the landowner). There is no obligation on the registered keeper to name the driver. Absent the drivers identity who could they pursue ? Nobody.

    Ignore them.

Thank you. So they can only 'charge' the person driving and therefore parking the car, who they cannot possibly know was, but they send invoice to regd keeper?
