Ask LB of Barking & Dagenham for a copy of the applicable Traffic Management Order (TMO) for the stretch of road where the alleged contravention took place. A council must produce a copy of a TMO on request. They cannot claim there is a TMO or refuse to produce a copy when requested. Failure or refusal to produce a copy of a TMO when requested to do so could leave a local authority open to legal action.

It belongs to my Mrs who was sitting in the car while i was gone.

I am taking i can get it from one stop shop as they deal with all the parking and council stuff.

I went there this evening and took these pictures and was wondering if this would change anything as one of the signs doesnt show on google map.

Yes. Clearly they have changed the signage since Aug 2012. There is a chance that they may not have updated the TRO to reflect that.

It's a good illustration of not relying totally on GSV and should always be double checked on the ground

Exactly the point I was trying to hint at Wales......Blue Badge rules have really tightened up..you must even make sure it's not back to front now.
