Parking eye, again

Hi. everyone, having read threads not top pay the parking eye fine which my wife recieved on 25/10/13, i have bined all the threating letters, however,today we recieved a claim form from the Northampton County Court[CCBC],[form N1CPC] with a claim number, demanding i pay £165, £100, amount claimed, £15.00 court fee, £50 solicitors fee, we are now concerned that as we live in Lancashire should we ignore this we may end up in court in Northampton.
Any ideas please?.
