    Private PCN appeal

    Advice please!

    i have received a PCN from euro parking services, from 10/06/2026 i received the letter on 25/06/26 15 days after the notice was sent out, i have appealed stating popla and the 14 day rule with evidence of it being delivered late. They have got back to be saying that the appeal is still unsuccessful i am pursuing the case through the IAS what can i do to get the fine cancelled out
