    Hello

I received a parking fine from ANPR 365 Ltd in March 2026 for an unpaid parking charge in October 2025. The car park was free there aren't any machines to pay so I'm assuming it's now a private car park. It's a company car with multiple users. I don't want to pay £170 surely they can't fine you 5 months after the incident? Any advice would be appreciated

Firstly it's not a fine. Private Parking Companies [PPC] like ANPR 365 Ltd cannot issue fines and parking in car parks they claim to manage is solely a civil matter. They are usually alleging that you are in breach of contract and they want compensation.

Firstly, is the Registered Keeper of the car the company (not an individual person)? Even if you did know the name of the driver at the time never disclose it to the PPC and do not post it on here. They try to get you disclose the driver because that makes it easier for them to start a court claim but you are not legally obliged to tell them.

Do ANPR 365 Ltd allege the parking was recorded by ANPR cameras or by someone putting a Parking Charge Notice [PCN] on the car in the car park?

Please post onto here the PCN and any other correspeondence you have received. Before posting cover up all details that might identify you - name address, address vehicle registration number and also ANPR 365 Ltd's reference numbers.

Thanks for responding it's only allowing me to upload one letter so I've uploaded the original. The second letter is basically the same except it's for £170 because I've ignored them. I have no intention of paying or providing them with the driver details.
