If they file a court claim it will probably be around £255
This will be £100 original charge + £70 additional charge/costs + £85 solicitor & court costs.
If it actually gets to court and you lose you should be able to argue the £70 and have it removed.
Small claims is a bit of a lottery tho' and it depends on the individual judge
However lots of these claims are not followed through by the parking companies as even if they win it costs them more than the award
