  • PCN from Islington Council and appealed but now received Notice to Owner

I got PCN in June and then I appealed immediately on their website but after submission I don't receive any email or post confirmation of my appeal. I called once and they confirmed over phone that my appeal was there. Since then I am waiting for a decision. But now I received a Notice to Owner letter requesting me to pay full amount £110.

What should I do next? I know I can make representation but without appeal proof what is my chance?

Suggest you post on Free Traffic Legal Advice ( https://www.ftla.uk ) who are the ones to go to about penalty charges.
