    Where to start...
Last year, I received a few PCNs from Civil Enforcement Ltd.
I was advised by people from a different forum (I don't remember which one) to ignore the PCNs and get on with my life because the company that issued them is a private company.

There was an iPad where you logged your car registration and the number of days you were staying. At first, I put 999 days, and it said that it was issued. Later in the year, I found out it only works for 30 days, after which you have to re-enter everything due to talking to people at the hotel.

This was a time I was living in a homeless shelter (hotel) where I used my car.

I took my PCN letters, where this woman would take a picture and put it in their group chat, where their manager would see and dispute it. 2 out of 14 have been cancelled.

I have received a letter stating that it's going to court and that I must pay £2000+.

If the hotel owners have appointed CEL to manage the car park, they should be able to order CEL to cancel the charges, but there are 12 outstanding

1)So we assume you have received a letter before claim, possibly from a firm of solicitors.

2)Do you still have those original PCNs (or at least one)?

3)Can you obtain a photo (with ALL wording legible) of the parking signs at the hotel?

4)Can you obtain a photo of the hotel iPad showing that it indicates an input of 999 days would register?

If you upload the items 1-4 above to a hosting site and post a link here we might be able to advise a way forward
