  • Need advise on parking ticket.

    Hi,
I have received a parking ticket while parking on suspended parking for two cars which I appealed as there was no signage next to parking space, it was one long bay for many cars and they placed a sign in the middle for two cars suspension where they actually should have put up sign next to suspended space in my opinion. I have appealed on my grounds but they refused it now I have option to pay discounted amount to wait for this to raise to full amount then I get an option to take it further.
It was Sunday evening, I normally go there for dinner and I know there are no restrictions on Sundays.
Please advise shall I pay the discounted amount while I can or take it further. I have attached pictures and letter I received if that any help.

From you post I assume you have received a Penalty Charge Notice, probably issued by the local authority.

If that is so, I suggest you post on Free Traffic Legal Advice ( https://www.ftla.uk/index.php) where members have a wealth of knowledge on these matters.

    good luck
