  • Letter from debt collection company and not received a PCN

Letter from a debt collection agency sent to my parents address where I have not lived for 40 yrs. I have not received a PCN. I did drive in the car park to collect someone and drove straight out again.
    Any advice please.

Debt collectors have no power and can be ignored, or you could write and tell them you have no knowledge of any outstanding parking charges and they need to return the matter to their principals.
Do not identify the possible driver, nor give them your current address (as long as your parents don't mind receiving your post!)

assume your car is registered correctly with DVLA
