    PCN not recieved for alleged 52m contravention

    Hi i need help urgently, i've had enforcement agents at my home try to remove goods but have been unsuccessful...i need help to dispute an enforcement action with TEC since i didn't recieve any notices until the notice of enforcement and Bailiffs showed up at my door. i had previously paid a for one contravention but had no idea there was a second one so couldn't pay.
