    IMO not really, unless you have proof you were somewhere else at 16.19

      Not really unless you can show your vehicle was elsewhere at 16.19.

      You are best waiting for the court claim against you as keeper, because you can then defend on the basis their NTK is not compliant with POFA2012.

        The vehicle has a tracker from which I can prove that it left the car park and drove home before the time shown in the penalty charge
