UKPC Charge

Hello folks,

A few years ago a driver recieved a PCN from UK Parking Control LTD from a McDonalds where the parking limit is 90 minutes.
The vehicle is shown to have entered the car park and left exactly 100 minutes apart to the second (E.G. entered 18:01:05, exited 19:41:05)
A court claim form has now been sent regarding this charge.

Is this lawful and is there a grace period that counts against this charge being issued?

If issued within 6 years of the incident it is perfectly legal.

Without seeing the PCN and the claim form it is impossible to say.
If you upload them to a hosting site and post a link here we can have a look

If you want to defend the claim, acknowledge its receipt but do not enter a defence yet (assume you have only just received the claim.

Delete all identification from the forms before posting, but leave in all times and dates

Do not identify driver either here or when writing to Claimant or their solicitor
