    Anpr parking fine

    So I received a pcn yesterday but the date it happened was 12/12/23 so I have just been notified I committed a parking offence 4 months after.Do I still need to pay this I have never appealed a parking fine before but I’ve been seeing they should have notified me earlier it just gets me nervous about the fine going up if I don’t pay within 2 weeks

    Please post up a legible photo of the whole PCN, removing only identifying details but leaving visible all dates and times.

    Do not identify the driver, not even on here.

    Is the vehicle registered in your name?

        Yes I’m registered keeper sorry bout pic it wouldn’t let me send as photo had to copy and paste pic
