So Parking Eye has taken me to court, and I have been sent a claim form. The thing is, I was not the driver at the time of the offence. I need help with my defence and if I even have a case in the first place. I do know the details of the driver. Is it too late to use that as a possible defence? The alleged offence is for Watford Hilton Hotel. Thank you

You are too late to use identifying the driver as a defence.
PaerkingEye tend to get things right, but if you would like us to look over the case you need to post up copies of Parking signs, NTK and particulars of case as on the claim form.
If you haven't done it already, acknowledge the claim , you will defend in full but do not enter a defence yet..
