Please help my daughter and husband parked at the Stansted Southgate car park, Starbucks were shut, so hubby parked outside in disabled bay and walked to mcdonald's leaving daughter in the car, I have received a parking notice as registered keeper, but realise I messed up of met appeal as said it was hubby and daughter in the car. Do I still have grounds to appeal sign by parking space said Southgate customers only for 60 mins, presumed mcdonald's was Southgate too as only one entry one exit to car park. Please help

This particular car park crops up so often: https://legalbeagles.info/forums/sea...%7D&q=stanstedLawyer (solicitor) - retired from practice, now supervising solicitor in a university law clinic. I do not advise by private message.

I can't remember exactly what I put in appeal as was done on website and you don't get a copy, but it was along the lines that my daughter and husband had been to see live music in London and disabled daughter didn't feel great so needed food, were going to Starbucks only to find it closed, they parked in disabled bay and sign said 60 mins parking for Southgate customers, hubby went to mcdonald's as Starbucks were closed and left disabled daughter in the car, if sign had said stabucks parking only he wouldn't have stayed there,
But not sure where I stand as I said it was hubby and daughter in the car
