  • PCN issues whilst viewing Apartment

    Hello all,

I have received a Parking Charge Notice, issued 3 mins after arriving at a viewing.

I was parked in the allocated parking space for the apartment that I went to view. However, the parking company is agruing that it doesnt matter becuase I didnt have a permit displayed.

I was unaware a permit was needed, also, the agent in which showed me around the apartment also stated that it is okay where I parked. Supposedly, they did not have a permit and were unaware that a permit was needed.

    PCN - unable to attach - https://drive.google.com/file/d/1D70...w?usp=drivesdk

    Any help is greatly appreciated.

I suppose in your appeal you identified yourself as the driver.

Can you obtain a photo of the car park signs to post up?
Can you obtain confirmation (from the agent perhaps?) if the lease contains any reference to a need for the owner to display a permit when parking in his own allocated spot?
