"Do i have a case to challenge the PCN?" possibly, but can you post up your PCN, (first remove name & address and reg & PCN number)

Are you saying the driver was in the car park for 22 minutes before purchasing a ticket at 18.22hours?
Are you saying the driver mistyped the reg number when purchasing the ticket/ If so how badly mistyped?

Do not identify the driver when posting here or when writing to the parking company

Requesting admin ULA or EXC to delete first post as driver identified
