Received a Debt Recovery Plus letter but NO PCNs before

Hello,

On Wednesday I received a letter from Debt Recovery Plus regarding an unpaid parking charge and It says to pay Ł170 by today! I received NO PCN(s) before this. My address is completely up to date.

I submitted a complaint to Initial Parking Ltd and BPA.
Initial Parking have just emailed me a copy of the PCN they apparently sent to me.
So I have no idea where to go from here? If anyone can help, id be so grateful! Thanks
