Hi guys hope all is well

first thing is first I know I’m a silly person but I though I would reach out for any advice since I’m not sure

basically at one point li couldn’t afford car park for work but I kept parking there I amassed 8-10 parking tickets now at £170 each from DCB legal

I know they will take me to court as they have done so with 1 already but now they have put multiple together. I barely afforded to pay that one.

what’s your best advice for me

is there anyway I can challenge 8-10 in court (ANPR camera )

would they offer a reduced payment plan

any advice at this present moment will help before the put in a county court claim

So you have had a Letter before Claim from DCB Legal ?

Can you post up a redacted copy of it, together with a copy of one of the Parking Charge notices, and photos of the signs at the car park?

      Have you identified the driver?

Is the car registered in your name?

Hi please see attached thanks for you advice on this matter

no I haven’t said who was the driver

i am the registered keeper of the car

i Will head by the location tomorrow to get some photos but I think it’s pretty bleak 1 is bad enough much less the amount I have.

is my best bet to try negotiate with them to reduce the fines and set up a payment plan

        thank you

It might well be your best course of action, but until we see the overall position it is not possible to confirm either way

Do you have copies of original parking charge notices?

I'd rather see legible copies of your PCNs and signs at "your" car park just in case there are minor differences.

The ticket you have posted says the charge was for an unauthorised vehicle, but the posters say they paid

If your car park was the same was it not also barrier operated, in which case how did you exit without paying?

Location of car park? might be able to see it on google earth

Hi the car park is whitgift croydon that post of from 2021

now there’s no barriers just a in and out. Not the best pictures but best I can find on the net. This is how the car park looks now.
