PCN from CPM

Advice needed please. Keeper received PCN but signage was not seen as it was dark. Surrounding shops/facilities were closed. Grounds for appeal?

You may well have a defence on the basis that signage was insufficient in that it was unlit and sparse.
Don't expect CPM or the IAS to accept that .

However It might be you have other grounds for appealing, or disputing it through the courts.
Can you obtain legible photo's of the actual signage, and a plan showing where they are situate in the car park?
I looked, but Google Earth is out of date.
