Hotel car Park PCN

Received a PCN from Parking Eye for car being parled in a hotel car park and it not being registered with reception.

The photos in the PCN are not good enough and are to dark to really see the car in one ( the entry) and the number plate on leaving. Is this grounds for dismissal,?

In the blue bar at the top of your posting is a paper clip icon for attachment.

If possible a copy of the signs, or the address of the hotel so we can do a search on Google Earth

In meantime asking admin to edit your post so identity of the driver is not revealed ( EXC or ULA please)
