  • CCJ claim form

    Hi All,

I've recently received a claim form issued on 13/10/23.

For context at my old job they we shared a car park with a private firm, I was supposed to display a badge that my employers gave me to permit parking but unfortunately I lost it and as a result I was issued 3 tickets over a few months.

These tickets when arrived had no evidence, for example like council parking fines they show the vehicle, but all I received was a letter demanding £100.

Ive read through the forum but I'm struggling with the amount of info and how to form a defence for my particular case, at the moment I haven't acknowledged anything and I've never spoken to the company about these tickets.

    Can someone offer assistance?

First thing to do is acknowledge the claim but do not enter a defence yet.

Could you post up full copies of the PCNs, remove identifying details but leave in all dates and times.
Also photo of the signs at the car park might be useful

You can send a CPR 31.14 request to Gladstones (there is a template which will need amending to your particular circumstances in the SHORTCUTS panel on the right of this page)

You also need to edit your first post so that the identity of the driver cannot be identified
You might need to ask admin to do this (you can tag EXC )
