Me and partner have split up . I am just waiting for him to find a place to move out. He hasn't said nothing to me but I found a parking fine which was dated 26 Aug 23 saying final warning needs paying within 14 days. It was because he was parked on a pub carpark and its permits only. I am scared that when he moves out I will get debt collectors coming or bailiffs. If any more letters come after he has moved out should I just write return to sender on back . I know its,against the law to open another person's mail so I wouldn't be able to get in touch with the firm. I'm in uk
