Parking notice at Sainsbury

So my lil Sis got a notice for overstaying in Sainsbury because she had two very long conversations while still in the store. This is a store in a relatively small county town. Is the notice enforceable and what should she do if it is. On MSE they say write to Sainsbury and say I will never darken your door. Is that the best option?

Post up a redacted copy of the Notice, front & rear.
Leave all times & dates visible.
Photos of the site signs will also help. (Inc entrance signs).
Plan A is always to contact the store, especially if there is proof of custom on the relevant day.
