Hi I am new here and need advise.
on the 26th July 2022 my mental health was very fragile and needed to be around people to stop me having bad thoughts,so I took myself to a retail park near me. I went into a coffee shop to get thought back.
Any way I received a parking notice as I was over the staying time. There was no sign for me to see and through teats it would have been hard
I contacted my GP which took time for a response from them.
I have now received a Letter of claim. I am going to send a Star to them.
what I am asking is help to get me though this.
