Parking charge now escalated to Debt collectors letter

    Parking charge now escalated to Debt collectors letter

    Please can someone advise on the next move.
    I have received the attachted redacted letters regarding a parking charge received. Summary below;
    - its my vehicle
    - Photographed parked there on 7th Sept 2022
    - letter received on Friday 7th Oct 2022 with letter dated 30th Sept 2022 inc PCN
    - replied the next day via letter communicating failure to compile with the protection of freedoms act. Also stated that the online appeal window had already closed.
    - Proof of postage is obtained.
    - received 2 further letters requested payment.
    - received debt recovery letter

    Please advise. I am quite anxious the last date for payments on this letter is tomorrow.
