  • Parking debt recovery notice

    Hi there,

I just received a debt recovery notice from I park services regarding a PCN that I received back in October 2022. I made an appeal and explained to them that their online paying system had issues and wasn't able to accept my payment. I sent screenshot of me trying to pay online with different bank cards and an email of me reporting the issue on the same day and the appeal was rejected.

Can anyone here help me with this please?

    Thank you

Who has sent the debt recovery notice?
    To whom did you appeal?
Do you have the original postal Notice to Keeper &, if applicable, the windscreen pcn (aka Notice to Driver)?

So did your employer give them your name/address?

You may have done yourself a disservice, though

Do you still have all the original documentation from the parking company?

No I don't have the original copy anymore, just a photo of it.

That, in my book, is a copy.

Also photos of the site sign t&c's.

Could you post up the reverse side of the Notice to Keeper?

Also a redacted copy of your appeal.
