    Parking Eye Pcn

    Hi, Ive received a PCN 36 days (dated on the letter) after the offence. Do I have ground to appeal ?

    Your car, or registered in company name or hire car or...?

    post up redacted copy of PCN/NTK but leave visible all dates
    Also picture of site signage might be useful

      Also is it in England or Wales?
      Was a windscreen pcn issued? (Aka Notice to Driver).
