Hi All,
I had received CCJ 3 days ago. I had not received any letter prior to this. The algid conviction happened when I recently moved to the new place in Farnborough where the ticket was issued.
I had changed all the address including with DVLA registered keeper. I have tried to attach CCJ letter but website is not allowing me sorry. I have open a dispute online on moneyclaim.com with the following explanations. Many Thanks in advance.
1, Claimant has not previously notified of any PCN prior to the
court Letter. I will need proof that I had received the letter not
just claimant claiming they send letter.
2, I have tried to contact Claimant via their Phone, Online &
email Phone line advice to do it online. Online won`t show any
details claiming it past date. Contacted via email its been 3 days
no response. I have no way knowing what was the exact fine for
other than claimant claim breach of T&C.
3, When I used their car park the gate was fully open & clearly
stating only one sign with 2 Hours max stay. I believe I used the
parking in the night time not sure exact timing but inside the
carpark sign are very poor and none are lit to see clearly and
written in very small letters. I believe I have not parked there
no more than 15 to 20 min max again not sure exact timing as it
happed a while ago. Again there should be statutory time allowed.
I had only moved to Farnborough at that time.
4, Claimant claim I have contract T&C does not mean I have
contract.
5, Claimant claim I have agreed to make the payment which is lie
against court of law I have never contacted them or agreed to make
any payment. I only came to know the issue once I received the CCJ
6, I would also like the proof that claimant has the legal
authority from the land owner to operate the car park and issue
fines unlawfully.
7, The Car park sign are confusing and deliberately confuses
motorists.
