PCN: dated +12 days - received +20 days

Hi everyone,

Received a parking charge notice today (21/12/22) for an occurrence on (01/12/22), 20 days later.

No date on the envelope, just a 3D barcode. Letter says (13/12/22) which is of course only 12 days later.

Not sure where I stand with this?

I would upload a redacted copy but it says I don't have authorisation.

The PoFA rules will presume that notice would have been received by 15th Dec, so within the relevant period of 14 days.
You will need to prove a delay in delivery if you wish to challenge on that basis.
