UKPC Charge But wrong Reg Number

Hi I am wondering if you can help, my wife parked in a UKPC car park and was issued with a Parcking Charge which was stuck to her window, when going to pay it I have noticed they have put the wrong registration number by 1 letter. The put in a I instead of an 8. What should I do.

I would do nothing but wait to see if they write to the registered keeper.

If they have the correct registration number, they will obtain the registered keeper's address from DVLA and send a Notice to Keeper (NTK).
These firms often get the NTKs wrong and so they can be disputed.

Thankyou I will do that. I did go on and they have taken a picture of my car that does have the correct reg plate, but on the ticket it is wrong.
