Parking eye

Hi have received a bailiffs letter from parking eye
the time and date the machine was out of order so I went to another machine and paid for parking moved address but apparently got a ccj against me sent to my old address
I do not know my 13 digit reference number what can I do

If you think you can defend the charge brought by PE then apply for a set aside because the details were sent to an incorrect address

I would do but it's £275 and parking charge is £197 I don't agree I should pay either
