  • NCP PCN

I received a copy of a PCN sent to my lease company. The email from lease company says I need not do anything and they have passed my details to NCP and to await future communication from NCP

I have a couple of questions:

I was not the driver. Do I have to name the driver? If I don't' then what?
The notice was sent more than 14 days after the incident. Does this mean I can reply saying it has timed out, or should lease co have done this?
Will there be a new 14 days lower rate pay offer with any future NCP comms? I think the 14 day offer expires today.

I cannot upload a picture so:

    Incident date: 08/06/2022
    Date of sending notice: 06/07/2022
    Cost: £100
    14 days: £60
    Pay by date: 03/08/2022

Private car park operators in England, Scotland and Wales will no longer be able to issue parking tickets above £50 in the majority of circumstances, under new rules set out by the Government. The move will cut the value of tickets in half and also push operators to better display pricing policies and their terms and conditions.

so above is not correct , did you appeal such charge? also dates suspect or on max time for them to submit@_?

    ostell or Des-8 may advise?
